An evocative love story does not have to be written in a hundred thousand words. Once again, Angelin Sydney succeeds in writing an emotive story that leaves the readers to fill in the blanks. As a result, they are compelled to feel and to ponder their own reaction to the narrative. The instant their eyes met Cathy's well-constructed world almost fell apart. Oh, no. She recognized him instantly, though she doubted he did. How long had it been? Eight years? Involuntarily, her blue eyes moistened. How is it that after so many years I still feel the pain?
