  • A criticism of "A letter addressed to two great men" by John Douglas, bishop of Salisbury, and "Remarks on the Letter address'd to two great men" attributed to William Burke (supposed author)
  • Ascribed by certain bibliographical authorities to Benjamin Franklin, by others to Richard Jackson. The latest editor of Franklin's works considers it the joint production of the two. Cf.
