One workout focuses on flexibility and relaxation, the other on strength and balance. Both workouts are fast-paced, smooth-flowing and athletic (no sanskrit names or mind/body references). The first program is begin/inter-level. It features breathing and opening moves to release tension and increase flexibility. The second workout is more challenging. It combines classic yoga poses with varied muscle toning routines (e.g. planks). It also includes some tough, one-leg balance exercises
