Cypress Gardens in operation for more than 50 years, began as showplace for flowers & tropical canal boat rides - It soon evolved into water ski show. In the Keys, USA's southernmost point, author Ernest Hemingway's house and famous Duval Street landmark - Sloppy Joe's. Tarpon fishing is popular, best way to get a glimpse of fish is at Robbie's - for a dollar, visitors feed fish right off docks. Offshore, World Record holder Billy Pate shares fishing knowledge. Everglades National Park is only subtropical preserve in North America. The park is known for bird life including herons, storks, & egrets - backcountry boating is way to see it all
