Summary
Marla Mesconti is a fair-haired horse trainer for her Reach For The Stars Stables in Andover, NH. She finds her mentor and best friend dead in his tack room at Brandywine Farm. The same farm that had a prized Friesian stallion stolen from a local horse show. The local PD is not helpful at all in finding the stolen horse and immediately shelves the case. The apparent murder of her friend and the lost horse that meant so much to him is more than Marla can take sitting down. She and her friends at her farm gather up the clues that the PD cannot seem to find and starts the investigation that will take her to Louisville, Kentucky and back. Travel the world of show horses as the mystery unwinds
