Summary
A young woman visiting her father's homeland in the Soviet Republic of Estonia, discovers he's part of the dissident anti-Soviet underground. At first repelled by the country's lack of luxuries, her compassion grows when she learns Christmas is not allowed to be celebrated, the churches are closed, and the citizens are living in fear.
