Summary
In our fast-paced society, most workingwomen are so immersed in their vocations that oftentimes there isn't much free time to ponder what to consider when their life transitions to the most important role...that of "Mom". As a career-oriented woman myself, I was surprised that my closest allies, my BFFs and family members who were already Moms, hadn't given me the "lowdown" of what to expect, as well as expert advice on how to react. It is my goal to offer that to expectant Moms, and to prepare them for the next chapter in their lives. You and your precious newborn deserve comfort and adequate care and should be equipped with the knowledge base that will allow you to advocate for yourself and your child. From parenthood forward, the best and most important question for you to ask yourself in every situation you'll confront is "What's best for my child?" If this is the question you're addressing, you'll never have regrets, you'll never experience guilt, and you'll derive satisfaction from your efforts to parent effectively. Ultimately, you'll have a child who will one day realize that they are blessed
