Summary
In an effort to clean up the streets of Britain, the government brought in drastic measures to get rid of the prostitutes, drug peddlers, child abusers and other riff-raff such as pedophiles and rent boys. It was a secret operation to eliminate the courts but to organise a secret panel of judges and agents to deal with the problem on a fast track system. This was quickly put into operation and Captain Jack was put in charge of the prison ship which would take the guilty persons to a prearranged foreign country to serve out their sentences. Later, Captain Jack was offered another job. He had fallen for one of the women prisoners and offered a job by a rich oil king. Jack took the opportunity for a better life and left the ship with his new girlfriend to become governor of a walled city in the desert. The citadel which the king had specially built for his eldest son was to be Captain Jack's new job
