Summary
Determined to fulfill her dream, Anne moves to Kingsport and moves in with her friend Priscilla Grant to finally finish her studies at Redmond College. Gilbert Blythe, wishing to study medicine, also leaves for Kingsport and sees the opportunity to reveal his feelings to Anne. The new environment and adult life bring new challenges and losses that change perspectives and mature the way she sees the world
