Summary
Gospel singer Beth (Brittania Nicol) and her cowboy fianc (̌Henry Garrett of ZERO DARK THIRTY, RED TAILS) leave Texas to preach door to door in Scotland as part of a missionary excursion. They're shocked by the negative reception they receive and things go from bad to worse when they come into contact with an aristocrat (Graham McTayish of TV'S THE GHOST WHISPERER) whose nefarious plans do not include being reformed by their Christian ways. Written and directed by Robin Hardy based on his novel COWBOYS FOR CHRIST, the film is an extension of Hardy's 1974 cult classic THE WICKER MAN, which was #45 on Bravo's list of "100 Scariest Movies of All Time."
