Summary
When a Tennessee high school teacher breaks is imprisoned for teaching evolution, the stage is set for a battle of wit, words and egos that was watched around the world as fundamentalist politician Matthew Harrison Brady (Kirk Douglas) prosecutes the case, and ACLU attorney Henry Drummond (Jason Robards) defends the man.
